Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. This policy excludes clearance items, personalized items, and earrings. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10-20 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Conditions of Return
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, including any costs we covered for orders that qualified for free shipping.
- Customers are responsible for the returned items until they arrive at our office. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery and to prevent loss.
- For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges on earrings and hair accessories are not accepted.
- Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Customers must cover shipping costs for exchanged items.
- All returned items will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
- If the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return shipping label.
Return Options for New Zealand Customers
Ship your return parcel (at your cost) to a designated address. You will not receive a shipping label from us.
We can create a return label for you to use. A flat rate of $8 NZD per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
